1. Supported access
Public pages use semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus treatment, text alternatives for meaningful interface graphics, responsive layouts and reduced-motion behaviour when the device requests it.
2. Language, display and motion
Customers can choose supported language and currency preferences without changing the payable checkout amount. The platform adapts animation and visual effects to device capability and reduced-motion preferences. Browser zoom and operating-system text settings are supported by responsive layouts.
3. Payment and external services
Some payment, identity, registry or infrastructure steps may open an interface supplied by another organisation. AlaaiHost cannot certify those external interfaces, but we select established providers and keep an accessible support route available if an external step creates difficulty.
4. Current limitations
Complex dashboards, generated media and newly released tools may still contain accessibility defects. This statement is not a certification of perfect conformance. Material issues are prioritised for correction, and a protected assisted route remains available where a direct digital journey cannot be completed.
5. Report a barrier
Use the AlaaiHost support request or the support email on the Contact page. Include the affected page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, and the format or adjustment that would help. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or one-time codes.
