1. Before payment

A customer may leave an unpaid checkout without charge. A saved configuration or availability result is not a purchase.

2. Cloud Web Hosting · 7 days

Cloud Web Hosting is the only service covered by AlaaiHost's discretionary refund period. A valid request must be submitted within seven calendar days after the order's verified payment and activation record begins. Each paid order is assessed against its own recorded start time. After that deadline, the Cloud Web Hosting charge is non-refundable. Cancelling renewal stops future billing but does not extend or restart that order's refund period.

3. Domain purchased · no refund

Once a registrar or registry confirms a domain registration, renewal, transfer or restoration, the Domain purchase is completed and non-refundable. Domain availability before registration is not a guarantee. If payment is captured but the Domain is not purchased, AlaaiHost reconciles the payment and registrar state before retrying, cancelling or correcting the charge.

4. Cloud Server deployed · no refund

Once the infrastructure provider confirms deployment and allocates the Cloud Server resource, the server charge and consumed usage are non-refundable. This includes applicable IP, backup, snapshot, volume, licence, traffic, tax and other incurred charges. Powering off a resource does not stop billing; cancellation or deletion stops future service only.

5. Payment and legal remedies

A verified duplicate charge, billing error, captured payment for a service that never completed provider provisioning, or a right that cannot legally be excluded is handled as a payment or legal remedy—not as a discretionary refund under the seven-day Cloud Web Hosting rule. Payment-provider and bank processing times may apply.

6. Request process

Use the support contact published on the Contact Us page and include the account email, order reference, affected service and reason. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords. AlaaiHost may request identity and transaction verification.

7. Mandatory rights

This policy does not remove remedies or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded. The checkout records the applicable service acknowledgement before immediate Domain registration, Cloud Server deployment or Cloud Web Hosting activation begins.
