Service terms

AlaaiHost orchestrates services supplied by contracted infrastructure providers. Availability, regions, quotas and supported runtimes depend on the selected provider and plan. A deployment is complete only after the provider confirms successful creation and allocates the customer's resource.

Customer use remains subject to supplier terms, applicable law and AlaaiHost policy. AlaaiHost does not advertise physically infinite resources; measurable limits and fair-use conditions must be disclosed before an order.

Privacy & source protection

Account identity, billing, infrastructure metadata, support history and audit events are retained only for defined operational and legal purposes. Source archives belong in encrypted object storage with strict access controls and retention settings—not in analytics or model-training datasets.

Code delivered to a public browser cannot be made impossible to copy. AlaaiHost can protect server-side source, secrets and private repositories; it cannot honestly guarantee that visible client content is uncopyable.

Acceptable use

Cryptocurrency mining, mining pools, cryptojacking, malware, phishing, spam, botnet control, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, denial-of-service attacks and illegal content are prohibited. Automated detection may block a deployment, but consequential enforcement should support review and appeal.

Cancellation & refunds

Cloud Web Hosting: this is the only service covered by AlaaiHost's discretionary refund period. A valid request must be submitted within seven calendar days after the order's verified payment and activation record begins.

Domain purchased: once the registrar or registry confirms registration, renewal, transfer or restoration, the Domain purchase is non-refundable.

Cloud Server deployed: once the infrastructure provider confirms deployment and allocates the resource, the Cloud Server charge and consumed usage are non-refundable. Powering off does not stop billing; cancellation or deletion stops future service only.

Duplicate payment, a verified billing error, failed provider completion before delivery, and rights that cannot legally be excluded are handled as payment or legal remedies rather than discretionary refunds.

Security language

AlaaiHost describes a security control only when current technical evidence confirms that the control is implemented for the service being discussed. It does not claim to be unhackable, perfectly accurate, immune from interruption or able to prevent copying of content already delivered to a browser.
