1. Delivery method

Access details, order status, invoices and service notifications are delivered through the verified customer account, dashboard and published support channel. Sensitive credentials are not sent through an insecure public page.

2. Domain delivery

A domain is delivered when the registrar or registry confirms registration or transfer and the domain appears in the customer’s service record. Registry verification, premium-name review, contact validation or policy checks can delay completion.

3. Hosting delivery

Web hosting is delivered after verified payment, successful provider provisioning and creation of the customer’s service record. DNS propagation, certificate issuance, migration and external-provider actions may continue after the hosting account itself is created.

4. Cloud Server delivery

A Cloud Server is delivered when the infrastructure provider confirms creation and allocates the ordered resources. Build time varies by configuration, location, stock, image and security review. A browser payment-success message does not mean the server has been delivered.

5. Timing and delay

Any time estimate displayed before order is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in the accepted order. If provisioning is delayed, the customer should check the dashboard or contact support. AlaaiHost will not silently create a second resource after an uncertain provider response.

6. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide a working email address, accurate registrant and billing information, complete required verification and keep account access secure. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.

7. Failed delivery

If payment is captured but the digital service is not successfully provisioned, AlaaiHost reconciles the payment and provider state before retrying, cancelling or correcting the charge. This failed-delivery remedy is distinct from the seven-day Cloud Web Hosting refund period and avoids duplicate Domains, Cloud Servers and charges.
