1. Business and scope
AlaaiHost, registered in Uttar Pradesh, India, operates the AlaaiHost customer website. AlaaiHost provides digital hosting preparation, account tools, domain-availability enquiries and, only when expressly enabled, paid domain or hosting services.
A displayed catalogue, availability result or deployment plan is not an accepted order. An order is accepted only after the final price and terms are shown, payment is verified server-side, and the relevant provider confirms provisioning.
2. Customer eligibility and account security
Customers must provide accurate identity, billing, tax and registrant details and must be legally capable of entering a contract. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their verified account and must report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Any payable amount must be displayed in the checkout currency before confirmation. The final retail price, applicable taxes, renewal charges, optional services and payable total are itemised where applicable. Reference currency conversions are informational; the checkout amount and currency control the transaction.
Customer payments are currently protected by a launch gate. A browser success screen alone never proves payment and never authorises provisioning.
4. Domains and hosting provisioning
Domain availability can change until registration completes. Registration is subject to registry rules, accurate registrant information, naming restrictions and successful provider confirmation. Hosting capacity, locations, runtimes and limits depend on the selected service description and final order.
5. Acceptable use
Malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, botnets, denial-of-service activity, unauthorised access, unlawful content and cryptocurrency mining are prohibited. AlaaiHost may restrict or suspend activity that creates a security, legal or infrastructure risk, subject to review where appropriate.
6. Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain rights in their lawful content. They grant only the permissions reasonably required to store, process, transmit, back up and deliver that content. Public browser content cannot be guaranteed impossible to copy; server-side source, credentials and private archives receive separate controls.
7. Availability and third-party infrastructure
Internet services can be interrupted. Maintenance, provider incidents, registry actions, network events and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. Service-specific commitments apply only when they are expressly included in the accepted order.
8. Cancellation, refunds and delivery
The separate Cancellation and Refund Policy and Shipping/Delivery Policy form part of these terms. Cloud Web Hosting alone is refundable within seven calendar days after first successful activation. A completed Domain purchase and a deployed Cloud Server are non-refundable, subject always to payment corrections and mandatory legal rights.
9. Contact and changes
Material policy changes will be published with an updated effective date. Business and support details are maintained on the Contact Us page. Order-specific terms shown before payment take priority where they are more specific.
